3 TIPS TO TAKE ACTION AFTER THE WEBCAST

  1. If you or your family member is 17 and a half years old, you can start gathering information about income, housing expenses, banking information and other assets (including RDSPs), Social Insurance Number (SIN), birth certificate and other important documents. 

  2. Talk to your health care practitioner about completing the medical forms for the ODSP application. 

  3. Begin an application through the ODSP online application portal including signing up for a MyBenefits account.
