Developmental Services Workforce Initiative
The DS Workforce Initiative was formed with the focus to address the Planning for a Skilled Workforce aspect of Journey to Belonging. This initiative has hired a family engagement coordinator to reach out to families to get their feedback through surveys. The Real Xchange is the learning hub created by the The Knowlege Translation and Transfer (KTT) that shares learning, tools and resources developed for agencies by agencies in the DS Sector.
