3 TIPS TO TAKE ACTION AFTER THE WEBCAST

  1. Decide why you want to join a Family Network (advocacy, support, housing info., shared language or culture, disability-specific, etc) to help focus on finding the right Network for you.  

  2. Explore the Family Networks list on the Partners for Planning website to locate Family Networks in your area. Link: https://www.planningnetwork.ca/get-connected/family-networks

  3. Investigate various Family Networks by visiting their Facebook page or website if they have one. Be aware that you might have to try more than one Family Network before you find the one that is the right fit for you.
