Muskoka Family Network
This family network is for families and friends touched by a disability to come together. They empower families and people with a disability with the tools, support and information to plan for the future and their everyday lives.

Sawubona Africentric Circle of Support
This family network was intentionally developed to meet the distinct needs of parents and caregivers who are Black and raising a child with special needs. They are committed to creating a kind and welcoming environment for all families, including those with disabilities and other accessibility needs.

ConnectABILITY Family Support Groups

Capacity Building Grants for Family Support Networks
The Ontario Caregiver Organization (OCO) provides grants to Family Support Networks (FSNs) in Ontario – peer-based groups for family members and other unpaid caregivers who are supporting adults living with developmental disabilities. The 2023-24 applications are closed, but they will reopen in the Spring for the following year.

The modules provide a snapshot of the Deohaeko Network, with four members offering valuable insights into the power of sharing, planning and working together.
