10-WEEK VIRTUAL PROGRAM

Join us for a unique program that will help you:

• Plan and create your housing vision for the future

• Explore various individualized housing & support models

• Learn about ways you can maximize financial resources

• Discover strategies to reduce support costs

• Identify goals and tasks to begin implementing your plan

SERIES INCLUDES:

Group learning sessions and individual support of a Planning Facilitator

Dedicated time with your Planning Facilitator between learning sessions to support your planning process
___________

Individual consultation with Housing Specialist Kelly Casey to optimize your plan
___________

Preparation of your individualized housing plan complete with a budget
___________

Meet with and learn from other families interested in individualized housing
___________

Cost for the series is $1600 (HST included) and is an eligible expense for Passport Funding.

ANNA BRUNO, MANAGER OF PLANNING & FACILITATION, INDEPENDENT FACILITATOR 

Anna has worked in a variety of capacities supporting people living with disability to envision and live out their best lives for over 20 years. In addition to her work at P4P she is a community host and member of the Planning & Facilitation Collaborative and is an educator, teaching Person-Directed Planning to students in the Developmental Service Worker Program at Centennial College. Anna belongs to the circles of support of a few close friends, and this offers an opportunity to stay grounded in the work as well as build a deep knowledge of how circles function and how the relationships within them support people towards achieving a good life, rooted in their community.
