Ontario Caregivers Organization (OCO)
The OCO has a helpline and live chat where caregivers can connect with a Community Resource Specialist.

Wellness Together Canada
24/7 free mental health support for families. Families can also connect with a Program Navigator who will help locate resources and support within the Wellness Together Canada portal.

Family Service Toronto
Family Service Toronto is offering Virtual Walk-In / Single Session Counselling. The counselling session is about 50 minutes and is open to all persons 18 years of age and older.
ConnectABILITY offers families a program called, Friendly Connections where individuals can request to have someone from ConnectABILITY connect with them in various ways (i.e zoom call, facebook messenger, postcard, email, phone call, etc.)
Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network (PLAN)
PLAN offers families ideas on their website on how to stay connected but they have also launched a helpline families can contact for support.
To help address some of the challenges families are facing at the moment, Partners for Planning has been offering FREE CHECK-IN Calls with a P4P Facilitator.
